Q: What colors can you print? A: Any colors are ok !REVERSE PRINTING is available. Q: What format of artwork should I provide? A: AI (Illustrator file) or PDF (Unlock file) will help to speed up the artwork proofing process. High resolution JPEG file may work sometimes. Q: Can I get some sample? Any charge? A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost. Q: Can you produce according to the samples? A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures. Q: Production time for samples? A: 5-7 working days. Q: Production time for mass goods?
