Q: What is the material thickness?

A: The material thickness options: 0.125 mm, 0.175 mm, 0.25 mm, 0.38 mm, 0.5 mm, 1mm.

Q: What colors can you print?

A: Any colors are ok !REVERSE PRINTING is available.

Q: What format of artwork should I provide?

A: AI (Illustrator file) or PDF (Unlock file) will help to speed up the artwork proofing process. High resolution JPEG file may work sometimes.

Q: Can I get some sample? Any charge?

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q: Can you produce according to the samples?

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

Q: Production time for samples?

A:  5-7 working days.

Q: Production time for mass goods?

A: 7-15 working days, it depends on the quantity, contact us to know it.

Q: What is your terms of packing?

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q: How do you ship it?

A: Express door-to-door  3-5 working days//By sea or airfreight 15-25 working days.

Q: What is your terms of payment?

 A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
