Choose One of These Four Bag Designs
Each design combines a paper type, surface finish, and handle. Choose one or create your own. Paper options include art paper, black or white card, and textured paper from 200–350 gsm. Handle options include cotton rope, satin ribbon, and twisted paper.
Gold Foil Logo
Print a logo in one or more foil colours on black or dark card. This option works well when you want the logo to stand out.
Matt Black With a Raised or Pressed Logo
Add a scratch-resistant matt film and a raised or pressed logo, with or without foil. This creates a smooth, low-shine finish for jewellery and watches.
Gift Bag With Ribbon Handles
Add satin or ribbed ribbon handles to coated card. This option suits beauty gifts, customer gift sets, and events.
Textured Paper With Foil
Combine textured paper with foil printing to give limited-edition packaging a more noticeable surface.
Extra support is available for every design. We can add a thicker bottom board and strengthen the folded top for clothing, bottles, or boxed gifts. Share your product weight and size in the quote form, and we will recommend the right board thickness.

Standard production takes 12–18 business days after you approve the order details and final sample. The exact time depends on the finishes you choose.

We confirm the quantity, artwork, finish, packing method, delivery countries, and required documents before scheduling production.

We keep the signed sample and use it as the standard for every quality check during production.
Printing & Finishing
We follow the approved order details for printing, foil, raised or pressed designs, protective film, cutting, folding, and handle fitting.
Quality Checks During Production
During production, we check the colour, foil position, surface finish, seams, handles, and bottom structure.
Final Quality Check
We compare the finished bags with your approved sample before adding moisture protection and packing them in export cartons and on pallets.
Packing & Delivery
We support delivery with duties paid (DDP) or delivery to the shipping port (FOB). We can also divide an order between different shipments and provide the agreed packing list and export documents.

What Is Your Minimum Order Quantity?
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 5,000 bags per design. If you need a smaller test order, ask our team about the available options.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes. The price per bag is usually lower for larger orders. Enter your quantity in the quote form, and we will show prices for different order sizes.
Can paper bags, boxes, tissue, and ribbon be sourced together?
Yes. You can order paper bags, boxes, inserts, tissue paper, printed ribbon, cards, and labels together. We can manage them under one account and delivery plan.
What Paper Options Are Available?
Options include art paper coated on one or both sides (C1S/C2S), black or white card, textured paper, and kraft paper. Standard paper weights range from 200–350 gsm.
What Logo and Finish Options Are Available?
Options include foil printing in one or more colours, raised or pressed logos, glossy highlights (spot UV), and scratch-resistant matt film. We confirm the finish and logo area on the artwork and print layout before making the sample.
What handle options do you offer?
Choose from cotton rope, satin or ribbed ribbon, twisted paper cord, and hidden handle slots. We will recommend a handle based on the product weight and the look you want.
Can you print artwork on both the inside and outside of the bag?
Yes. Printing on both sides costs more than printing on one side. Tell us when requesting a quote so we can include it in the price.
How Long Do Samples and Production Take?
Digital design previews are ready within 24 hours. Physical samples ship within 3–5 business days. Full production normally takes 12–18 business days, depending on the finishes you choose.
Will the bag hold heavier items like apparel or bottles?
Bag size is not the only factor that affects strength. Heavier products need a stronger folded top and a thicker board at the bottom. We confirm these details when reviewing your order.
Which Certificates and Documents Can We Review?
Available documents may include FSC, ISO 9001, SGS, CNAS, and Disney FAMA. During the quotation and factory review, we will confirm which documents apply to your chosen materials and sales market.
Do You Offer Delivery With Duties Paid, Sea Freight, and Air Freight?
Yes. We can offer delivery with duties paid (DDP), sea freight, air freight, or divide the order between different shipments. We confirm the options in your quote based on the quantity, destination, and required delivery date.
Can You Arrange an Independent Inspection Before Shipping?
Yes. You can arrange a factory visit, hire an independent inspection company, or book a live video inspection before shipping.
