Order Confirmation
Quantity, structure, size, finish, packing, delivery regions and required documents are locked before scheduling.
Pre-Production Sample
The approved master sample is signed and retained as the reference for every production checkpoint.
Forming & Finishing
Fold-line scoring, die cutting, foil stamping, embossing and lamination follow the approved specification.
In-Process QC
Fold-line tolerance, colour, surface finish and lock or closure fit are checked during the run.
Outgoing Inspection
Finished boxes are checked against the master sample before flat-pack protection, export cartons and palletizing.
Packing & Delivery
DDP or FOB delivery and split shipping are supported with the agreed packing list and export documents.

Yes, and the method matters here. We keep a printed sample of your box and match every new order to that sample. Suppliers who match each order to the previous one let colour drift a little at a time until it is visible on the shelf.

A sample box takes 3–5 working days. Full production is 7–15 working days after you approve it. Shipping is 20–30 days DDP by sea, or 7–10 days by air. Times are typical and confirmed with you when the order is placed.

Yes, before we open the files. If you are switching from another supplier, tooling paid for by you belongs to you — if you leave, it goes with you.
