Why Jewelry Brands Choose Lipack
The production standards that keep your packaging on schedule and on-spec, order after order.
Automated production means your seasonal collection or replenishment order doesn’t compete with someone else’s rush job — your delivery date holds.
Every printed batch runs through Automated Visual Inspection (AVI) — including fine-line logo and foil checks — before it leaves the floor. Fewer surprises at your receiving dock.
From design to physical sample in 3–5 days, so you can confirm structure, foil clarity, and color before committing to a production run.
Packaging That Earns Its Place at the Counter
For jewelry brands, sustainability isn’t a bolt-on claim — it’s part of how the packaging is judged. Here’s what we can verify.

Authorized clients across contemporary and fine jewelry retail.

Multi-Store Color Consistency
A contemporary retailer needed the same brand-color bag to look identical across flagship stores and e-commerce shipments — the same standard we hold jewelry brand orders to.

Fine-Line Logo Foil Stamping
A fine-jewelry brand needed a thin serif monogram foil-stamped cleanly at small scale — checked against the ±0.3mm registration tolerance before the sample was approved.

The Two Questions Jewelry Buyers Actually Ask
Will this batch match the last one, and will a fine-line logo foil-stamp cleanly at small scale? Both come down to process control before an order ships — not after.

Quality Commitment
These are industry-standard benchmarks we follow for color and print precision — not a proprietary Lipack-only number, but the reference points professional buyers can hold us to.
Color match to the eye — a tolerance so tight the difference can barely be detected, measured using the industry-standard CIE ΔE scale.
How precisely foil stamping and embossing line up with your artwork, checked to an industry-standard limit for plate alignment. Fine-line or small-scale logos are checked against this standard before a sample is approved.
Every batch goes through spot-check sampling to a globally recognized inspection standard (AQL 2.5, ISO 2859-1 / ANSI-ASQ Z1.4), plus an additional visual check before shipping.

Our Sample Process
A great sample means nothing if bulk production drifts from it. Every sample goes through 5 steps that lock in the spec — including a dedicated logo-printability review for small or fine-line jewelry logos.

Spec Review
Bag size, inner-box fit, and logo scale are reviewed — including whether a fine-line or small-text logo will foil-stamp cleanly.

Cost Breakdown
A line-item cost list — unit price, plate/tooling, refundable sample fee.

Artwork & Dieline
Bag dimensions and artwork are finalized. Foil placement, registration tolerance, and finish (embossing, spot UV) are confirmed before production.

Sample Production
A physical sample is produced with the actual foil plate and finish — not a mockup — so what you approve is what production matches.

Approval & Delivery
Sample video and photos confirm the result. Once approved, this sample becomes the gold standard your production run is checked against.
Our Production Process
From order confirmation to shipping: six steps, built for 5,000 to 50,000+ unit orders. Every stage is checked against the color and registration tolerances above — nothing moves forward until it’s checked against your approved gold sample.

Order Confirmation
Paper, handle type, size, and artwork — including foil plate specs — are locked in before production begins.

Pre-Production Sampling
The gold sample is built and approved against ΔE and registration tolerance — this becomes the standard every bag is measured against.

Mass Production
Your order, 5,000 to 50,000+ units, produced at scale and checked against the gold sample throughout the run.

In-Process QC & Warehousing
Printing, foil stamping, and handle assembly are checked stage by stage against AQL 2.5. Bags are sorted, protected, and barcode-logged.

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)
Every shipment is checked against the gold sample one final time before it’s packed and palletized.

Shipping & Delivery
Export-ready palletizing, full customs paperwork, and real-time tracking. Multi-region batch shipping and split deliveries are supported.
Bag + Box + Pouch — One Jewelry Packaging Program
Most jewelry brands need more than one format — an outer bag, an inner box, and sometimes a soft pouch for the piece itself. Coordinating all three under one color and logo spec keeps the unboxing sequence consistent from outer bag to product.
Paper Bag
The outer carrier — foil stamping, embossing, or matte lamination, from MOQ 5,000/SKU. Covered on this page.
Rigid or Folding Box
The inner box, color-matched to your bag’s Pantone target. See the custom jewelry boxes page for box-specific specs and finishes.
Soft Pouch
Velvet or microfiber pouches can be coordinated alongside your bag and box order on request — this isn’t a standard catalog item with its own spec sheet yet, so share your requirements in the quote form and we’ll confirm feasibility and lead time.

Ordering & Policies
Our MOQ is 5,000 units per SKU. Orders typically range from 5,000 to 50,000 units, with large-volume runs available up to 100,000 units.
Physical samples are typically produced in 3–5 working days. Your sample fee is fully refunded once you place a production order.
20–25 days from order confirmation to shipping, for standard orders. Ahead of peak jewelry seasons (Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day), we recommend placing orders earlier to secure your production slot.
Yes. We support multi-region batch shipping and split deliveries worldwide — useful for chains stocking multiple flagship locations from a single order.
We offer a limited number of complimentary revisions before sample production begins. Once artwork is finalized and a sample is produced, further design changes are treated as a new sampling round and quoted based on the scope of the change — a color or logo-position adjustment is typically quoted lower than a structural or material change. Once an order enters bulk production, we generally don’t accept design changes; if a change is unavoidable, we’ll assess feasibility and cost with you before proceeding. Foil stamping, spot UV, and die-cut are one-time tooling costs — if a change requires a new plate, that cost applies again.
Product & Quality
Yes. If you need inner boxes to pair with your paper bags, see our custom jewelry boxes page, or mention it when you request a quote and we’ll coordinate both as one order.
Every batch is measured against your approved gold sample for color match, using the industry-standard CIE ΔE scale — held to a tolerance of ΔE ≤ 1.0, a difference too small for the eye to see. This is checked at pre-production sampling and again during in-process QC, so a reorder six months later is held to the same standard as your first batch.
Yes — fine serif type and thin monogram lines are common in jewelry branding, so foil and emboss plates are checked against an industry-standard registration tolerance of ±0.3mm during the sample stage before we move to bulk production.
