Custom Gift Boxes for Global Brands
A gift programme runs on a date you cannot move. We make the box, the insert, the ribbon and the matching gift paper bag as one order, shipped on one delivery date — so your Christmas, Ramadan or Chinese New Year launch is never waiting on the slowest of five suppliers.

Which Gift Box Style Fits Your Programme?
“Gift box” covers six different structures, and they do not cost the same or ship the same. Pick the one that matches your product below — each style has its own page with full details, sizes and finishes. If you are not sure yet, the table in the next section works through it with you.

Magnetic Closure Gift Box
Magnets hidden in the lid and base snap it shut on its own. The most photographed opening, and the most common choice for a hero gift.
See magnetic rigid boxes
Lid & Base Gift Box
Two separate pieces, no magnet and no hinge. Costs less than a magnetic box of the same size, and the quality is all in how closely the lid fits.
See lid and base boxes
Drawer Gift Box
A tray that slides out of a sleeve, usually pulled by a ribbon tab. Reads as a gift the moment it is picked up, and holds a set neatly in place.
See drawer boxes
Collapsible Rigid Gift Box
Looks and feels like a rigid gift box, but ships folded flat and is put together in seconds. Cuts sea freight volume on a large seasonal run.
See collapsible rigid boxes
Gift Mailer Box
Built to survive the post on its own, without a plain outer carton around it. The right choice when the gift is sent straight to the person receiving it.
See mailer boxes
Folding Carton Gift Box
Printed board folded into shape, flat until it is filled. The lowest cost per box, and the usual answer for a wide range with many sizes.

What a Single-Box Supplier Cannot Give You
Three things a gift programme runs on that a box quote by itself does not cover.
One Order, One Delivery Date
Box, insert, ribbon, card and matching bag made in one factory on one order — instead of five suppliers you have to chase separately for the same launch date.
Send us your gift set →Built Backward From Your Launch Date
Sample, production and freight planned backward from the day boxes have to be in market — including the Chinese New Year factory closure most quotes do not mention.
Tell us your launch date →Reference Pricing, No Guessing
Corrugated gift box US$0.50–1.50, luxury rigid gift box US$1.50–3.00, matching gift paper bag US$0.10–0.60 per unit — public reference ranges to help you budget, not a quote.

Whether you call them custom printed gift boxes or branded gift boxes with logo, we match your brand colour (Pantone) rather than approximating it in four-colour print. Browse the paper stocks, printing options, coatings, finishes and handle types below — every one is a real production option, not a swatch name.

SBS C1S
Premium-grade bleached white paperboard coated on one side for high-quality printing and finishes.

SBS C2S
Premium-grade bleached white paperboard coated on two sides for high-quality printing and finishes.

CCNB
Duplex paperboard made from 90% recycled paper pulp with a white surface for high-quality printing.

Natural Brown Kraft
Kraft paper made from a mix of virgin and recycled paper pulp, coated on both sides for printing.

White Kraft
Bleached kraft paper made from a mix of virgin and recycled pulp with coating on both sides for printing.

Metallic
Specialty paper material featuring a glossy or matte metallic laminated surface.

Textured
Premium-grade textured paper stock, most often used to wrap rigid gift boxes.

Offset Print
Uses a printing plate and rubber blanket to transfer the design onto paper. Best for large gift programmes.

Digital Print
No printing plate needed. Designs transfer electronically, so it is cost-effective for a small batch or sample.

UV Print
Fast-drying method that uses ultraviolet light to cure the ink, giving a gloss finish.

Water-Based Ink
Made from water and pigment. Gives a high-quality colour result and adds no plastic layer.

Pantone
A fixed ink formula that prints your exact brand colour consistently, run after run.

Pantone Metallic
A fixed metallic ink formula, for gold, silver and copper tones printed to the same standard every time.

Water-Based Coating
A fast-drying coating (aqueous coating) that adds no plastic layer, in a glossy or matte finish.

UV Coating
A fast-drying coating cured with ultraviolet light, available in a gloss or matte finish.

Soft-Touch Coating
A coating that feels velvety to the touch for a more tactile finish.

Anti-Scratch Lamination
A clear plastic film (BOPP) that resists scratches, scuffs and fingerprints. Our lowest-cost lamination.

Soft-Touch / Silk Lamination
A lamination that feels similar to peach skin, available in a satin or matte finish.

Hot Foil Stamping
Foil is pressed onto the surface at high temperature, in gold, silver or rose gold.

Cold Foil Printing
Foil is pressed onto the surface using a UV-curable adhesive rather than heat.

Blind Embossing
A die is pressed from behind the material to raise a logo, with no ink or foil.

Combination Embossing
Embossing and foil stamping together, so the raised logo also catches the light.

Window Patching
A die-cut shape is covered with clear film, so the gift is visible without opening the box.

EVA Foam
Dense, closed-cell foam cut exactly to the shape of your product. The most protective option, and the usual choice for glass, jars and other fragile items.

XPE Foam
A lightweight closed-cell foam that resists moisture. A good middle ground between cushioning and cost for mid-weight items.

EPE Pearl Cotton
A lightweight expanded foam, sometimes called pearl cotton. An economical way to stop an item shifting in transit without adding much weight.

High-Density Foam
A firmer, high-density foam that holds its shape under weight. Used where the insert also has to support the structure of the box, not just cushion the product.

Quality Control & Manufacturing
We are a gift box manufacturer with our own factory, not a trading company placing your order somewhere else. Brands in fashion, beauty and retail check our production for themselves before they commit, and we would rather you did the same.
Choose how you verify us:
- Factory visits by appointment
- Inspection by an independent company (arranged through SGS)
- Live video tour of the factory on request
The Same Box, Season After Season
Incoming materials, checks during production, and a final check on the finished boxes before they are packed.
Matched to your brand colour and checked against the sample we keep on file, so next year’s boxes still match this year’s.
Finished boxes are inspected to an agreed sampling standard before the export cartons are sealed.
Certifications for Our Gift Box Factory

Our Sample Process
Five steps, 3–10 days in total, ending with a physical gift box in your hands. We can work from your existing print layout (dieline) or product specification file (tech pack) — you do not need to redesign anything. If you go on to place a production order, the sample fee is refunded in full.

Detail Review
We check your size, weight, quantity and the unboxing you want, then match them to a structure, paper and insert.

Cost Breakdown
A clear price list showing the box, the finish, the insert, the setup cost and a refundable sample fee separately.

Artwork & Print Layout
We build the print layout (dieline) and finalise artwork — bleeds, brand colours and every finish checked before printing.

Sample Production
Your sample is made with the real structure, print and insert together, not a mock-up of just one of them.

Approval & Delivery
Photos and video are sent for confirmation, then the sample ships to you. Once you approve it, production is scheduled.
Want one in your hands first? Start your sample.
Our Production Process
Six steps, 20–25 days from an approved order to boxes packed on pallets, for runs of 5,000 to 50,000 units. Every stage is checked against the sample you approved.

Order Confirmation
Quantity, structure, board, finish, insert, packing, delivery regions and any documents you need are all confirmed before we schedule production.

Final Sample Before Production
We make one sample to full production standard. Once you sign it off, it is the fixed reference for colour, finish and structure.

Printing, Forming & Finishing
Printing, board forming, foil stamping, embossing, lamination and die cutting all run to your approved sample.

Quality Checks During Production
Colour, surface finish, structure and insert fit are checked as the run goes, not only at the end.

Final Quality Check
Finished boxes are checked against the approved sample to our AQL 1.0 / 2.5 standard, then packed in reinforced export cartons.

Packing & Delivery
Packed on export pallets, with DDP (all shipping costs in one price) or FOB (you arrange shipping from our port), including split deliveries to more than one location.

Frequently Asked Questions
The questions procurement and brand teams ask us most before a gift programme starts.
Before You Order
Our standard minimum order is 5,000 units per design, across rigid, drawer, collapsible, mailer and folding carton gift boxes. Exact minimums vary a little with the material and the finish. If you need less than that, ask us and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Yes — this is the main reason brands come to us for gift packaging. Box, insert, ribbon, card, sleeve, matching bag and shipping carton are made in one factory, on one order, and finished together. You get one delivery date instead of five, and everything is matched to the same approved colour standard.
Yes. Many gift programmes start with a reference image and a rough size. Our team helps settle the structure and prepares print-ready artwork before we move to a sample.
We sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) before reviewing anything, confirm in writing who owns the setup tools, and run one season alongside your current supplier before you move the whole programme.
Design, Materials & Inserts
It depends on the product, the quantity and how the gift reaches the person receiving it. See the table above for a starting point, then send us your product dimensions so we can confirm it. A magnetic box makes the best opening; a lid and base box costs less at the same size; a collapsible box is cheapest to ship on a large run.
Yes. We match your brand colour (Pantone) rather than approximating it in four-colour print, and we work to a colour tolerance of ΔE ≤ 1.5 against the sample you approved. Different materials do take colour differently — a ribbon will never look identical to coated paper — so we match them together at sample stage rather than one at a time.
It depends on the finishes you pick. Board and paper printed with water-based ink and a water-based coating (aqueous coating) add no plastic layer, and a moulded pulp insert recycles with the box. Hot foil stamping, soft-touch film and anti-scratch film all do add plastic. Tell us at the brief stage if a plastic-free build matters for your sustainability claims and we will build the finish list around it.
We choose the insert around what is going in the box and how far it travels, then check it with a standard shipping-damage test (ISTA 2A) that copies real transport conditions. For fragile glass we normally recommend a moulded pulp or foam insert rather than loose filler.
Timing & Seasonal Production
The sample stage is 3–10 days and production is 20–25 days for runs of 5,000 to 50,000 units. Sea freight is on top of that, roughly 3–4 weeks to the US West Coast and 4–6 weeks to Europe as an estimate to confirm with your freight forwarder. As a rule of thumb, allow about 14 weeks from locking your box details to having boxes in market.
If the boxes need to be in market in early November, lock your box details by early August. Leaving it later is still possible, but the options narrow to simplifying the finish, splitting the shipment, or paying for air freight.
Yes, and it is worth planning around. Factories across China close for roughly two to three weeks, and the month before the holiday is the busiest of the year for both production slots and container space. If your order has to ship before the break, say so when you request a quote and we will confirm a production slot in writing.
Yes. If you run the same gift programme every year, tell us your target ship window ahead of the season and we will hold a production slot for it. We also keep a physical sample from every batch, so a repeat order is checked against the boxes you actually approved rather than a spec sheet.
Cost, Shipping & Ordering
Order quantity is the biggest lever, and the cost per box falls sharply between 5,000 and 20,000 units. After that, the usual moves are to reduce the number of finishing passes, switch from a foam insert to a printed card divider, or move from a rigid box to a collapsible one so you pay to ship boxes rather than air.
There is a sample fee, and it is refunded in full if you place a production order. We quote it separately from the box price so you can see exactly what it covers.
Yes. We support DDP (all shipping costs in one price) and FOB (you arrange shipping from our port), provide full export documents, and can split one production run across several delivery addresses — useful when a gift programme goes to more than one region or distribution centre.

Ready to Start Your Gift Box Programme?
Tell us the product, the quantity, the season and the date the boxes have to be in market. We will come back with a structure recommendation, a cost breakdown and a schedule worked backwards from your date — including everything else in the set, not just the box. If your gift programme also needs bags, we make custom gift paper bags on the same production schedule.
