Order a sample
Paper bag samples take 3 to 5 working days, and we can rush them. Samples are charged, quoted on their own, and we refund the sample charge in full once you place the production order. Want to check the print first? A print layout (dieline) is free in 1 to 2 days, and a 3D mockup is free within 24 hours.

Check our factory
We arrange a live video tour of the factory within 1 to 3 working days. You are also welcome on site, and we work with third-party inspectors you appoint. We hold FSC, ISO 9001, SGS, CNAS and Disney FAMA certificates, and we can issue chain-of-custody documents for a specific order. We sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) on request.

An order already placed
Write to us with your order number and we will get you the current production stage. If something is wrong with what you received, send photos and the batch details in the same message. That way we can start looking straight away instead of asking you twice.
