How We Validate Before Scale

Our Sample Process

Our sample process takes 3–10 days across 5 steps, ending in delivery. It’s built for new product development, design validation, and small-batch trial runs — and if you place a production order, the sample cost is fully refunded.

1
24 Hours
Packaging engineer reviewing a structural drawing and specification sheet with material swatches

Spec Review

Your size, weight, and unboxing goals are checked, then matched to the best paper, structure, and materials.

2
1–2 Days
Cost breakdown quotation for custom folding boxes and paper bags on screen, with box samples on the desk

Cost Breakdown

A clear price list: unit cost, tooling fees, and a refundable sample fee.

3
2–3 Days

Artwork & Dieline

The dieline is built and artwork finalized — bleeds, colors, and finishes like foil stamping, spot UV, and embossing are checked.

4
3–7 Days

Approval & Delivery

Sample videos and photos are sent for your confirmation. Once approved, production is scheduled.

How We Produce At Scale

Our Production Process

Six standardized steps take you from order to shipping in 20–25 days — built for orders from 5,000 to 50,000 units, with quality checked at every stage and matched against your approved master sample before it ships.

STEP 01 / 06

Order Confirmation

Your specs, materials, dielines, and artwork are confirmed and reviewed — so production starts only when everything is signed off.

STEP 02 / 06

Pre-Production Sampling

An approved master sample is made to match mass-production standards. Once you sign off, it becomes the fixed standard for color, finish, and structure.

Mass Production

Your order — from 5,000 to 50,000 units — is produced at full scale, checked against your approved master sample for color, structure, and finish.

STEP 04 / 06

In-Process QC & Warehousing

Every stage — printing, lamination, foil stamping, die-cutting, gluing — is checked as it happens. Boxes are sorted, protected, and barcode-logged for full traceability.

Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)

Every shipment is checked against your approved master sample before it leaves — packed in reinforced export cartons and properly palletized for safe transit.

FAQ

Questions Procurement Teams Ask Before They Commit

Grouped by where you are in the decision — from first evaluation to after-sales.

Before You Partner With Us
What’s your minimum order quantity for beauty packaging?

Our MOQ for beauty packaging starts at 5,000 units per SKU — across rigid boxes, foldable cartons, drawer boxes, and paper bags. Exact minimums can vary slightly by material and finishing, so request a quote below for a number tailored to your project.

Do you work with brands that don’t yet have final artwork?

Yes. Many of our beauty clients start with a rough concept or reference image — our design-for-manufacturing (DFM) team helps refine the structure and prepare print-ready artwork before we move to sampling.

Design & Sampling
How fast can I get a physical prototype?

Most structural and print samples are ready within 3–5 business days of a confirmed brief, so your team can evaluate build quality before committing to a full spec sheet.

Can you match an existing structural design from another supplier?

Yes. Send us a physical sample, dieline, or technical drawing of the structure you’re referencing, and our engineering team can replicate or refine it to your specification.

Production & Lead Time
What’s your standard lead time for a 10,000–20,000 unit order?

Lead time depends on box complexity, material, and finishing, so we confirm an exact production schedule once your specification is locked. Request a quote below and we’ll give you a firm date alongside your pricing.

How do you handle QC for high-volume runs?

Every order — regardless of size — goes through the same three-stage process: incoming material inspection, in-process checks during production, and a final full inspection before packing.

Logistics & After-Sales
Do you handle export documentation and freight consolidation?

Yes. We support consolidated freight and provide full export documentation for international buyers, so your shipment is ready to clear customs on arrival.

What happens if a batch doesn’t meet spec on arrival?

Every batch is inspected and signed off before it leaves our facility. In the rare case a shipment doesn’t match the agreed specification, our team works with you directly on a resolution — contact us and we’ll investigate right away.
