Our Six-Step Production Process
We manage every step from your confirmed order to delivery in six clear stages, for orders from 5,000 to 100,000+ units. Standard production takes 10–25 business days after you approve the final sample — the exact time depends on the product line and finishes you choose.

Order Confirmation
We confirm the quantity, structure, materials, finish, packing method, delivery regions and required documents before scheduling production.

Approve the Production Sample
Your signed sample becomes the fixed reference for colour, material and structure — every quality check during production compares against it.

Production & Finishing
Printing, foil stamping, embossing, laminating, cutting, folding and assembly all follow your approved sample and specification.

Quality Checks During Production
We check colour, print registration, surface finish and construction throughout the run — not only at the end.

Final Quality Check
Finished units are compared against your approved sample using our AQL 1.0/2.5 inspection standard before export cartons are packed and palletised.

Packing & Delivery
We support DDP (delivered duty paid, all shipping costs included in one price) or FOB (freight on board, you arrange shipping from our port), including split shipments across locations, with the agreed packing list and export documents.

What order volumes do you handle?
Most of our programmes run 5,000 to 100,000+ pieces per design, with peak-season capacity reserved across 45 production lines so large orders are not pushed back by inserted jobs. For qualified brand partners validating a new structure ahead of a full rollout, small pilot runs can be arranged on request.
How do you keep colour consistent between seasons?
Dedicated colour technicians match to your Pantone reference on press, and acceptance is verified with a spectrophotometer. Sign-off requires a colour deviation under 1%, measured against the approved sample, so a reorder placed a year later matches the original run.
How fast can you produce samples?
Structure confirmation and dieline development take 1 to 2 days, a 3D mockup comes back within 24 hours, and a physical sample takes 3 to 5 days. Rush sampling can be completed in 1 to 3 days by prioritising engineering review and material preparation — the verification steps themselves are never skipped.
Which certifications do you hold?
FSC, ISO 9001, SGS, CNAS and Disney FAMA. FSC and ISO 9001 are the two most frequently requested by apparel and retail buyers; licensed merchandise programmes generally require Disney FAMA. Chain-of-custody certificates can be issued against your specific order.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) by sea, air or express to your warehouse, retail location or Amazon FBA centre. Customs clearance and duties are handled on our side, so the packaging arrives without you managing a broker. Goods are pallet-packed with corner guards.
